»Town Center at Boca Raton is one of Simon Property Group’s top 20 performing shopping malls with sales averaging $900 psf. The 1.8M square foot shopping destination contains over 220 stores and restaurants, and is anchored by Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, and Nordstrom, with other retailers, such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Tiffany’s. In May 2019, the shopping mall completed a multimillion-dollar renovation which added numerous customer amenities, transformed entrances, artwork, and flooring, and added new stores and dining options.
Brightline is a $4.5B higher-speed train system with current stops in
Downtown Miami, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and Downtown West
Palm Beach. Additional stations in Aventura and Boca Raton are under
construction and expected to open in 2021. Construction is underway
for the Orlando extension of the train (opening 2022), and planning has
begun for a potential Tampa station.
The Arts & Science District is anchored by the Broward Center of
Performing Arts and the Museum of Discovery and Science. The Broward
Center is a three venue complex with a main theater capacity of up to
2,700 seats. The Museum of Science features South Florida’s largest
